Cindy Pavlicek

Manager of HR and Administrative Services

Cindy Pavlicek serves as the Manager of HR & Administrative Services for the East Foundation and brings with her an extensive background in Business Management, HR and Paralegal support. She is responsible for coordinating benefits administration, maintaining employee records, assisting with recruiting efforts, developing efficient office processes and procedures, and planning office events. In addition, Cindy works closely with the CEO, assisting him with day to day administrative needs.

Prior to joining the East Foundation, Cindy spent 12 years working for one of the top property tax consulting firms in San Antonio. During her tenure, the company grew from a Texas based company to serving clients on a national basis. 

Cindy’s legal background consists of working in the administration departments for two prominent law firms in the San Antonio area: Cox & Smith and Matthews & Branscomb. She also worked for a labor and employment law attorney at Wells Pinckney & McHugh.  In addition, Cindy spent almost seven years in Austin working for the Austin Bar Association/Austin Young Lawyers Association. She gained her non-profit experience at the Bar Association and had the privilege of working with many outstanding lawyers and judges. She worked with several boards of directors, numerous substantive law sections, various legal and public service committees, and assisted with award winning programs and projects.

Cindy and her husband Alfons have three children, Kristine, Steven Rey, and Danielle. Their family enjoys camping, fishing, and whenever possible a quick get-away to the coast.
