Ramon Saenz III is currently completing a Master of Science in Range and Wildlife Sciences with the Caesar Kleberg Wildlife Research Institute at Texas A&M University-Kingsville. His study centers on cattle grazing impacts on plant community diversity and growth of forbs palatable to white-tailed deer.
Ramon earned a Bachelor of Science in Range and Wildlife Management from Texas A&M University-Kingsville. He is originally from Carrizo Springs, Texas and prior to attending college, Ramon served in the United States Navy for 12 years. His long term goal is to become a rangeland management specialist for the United States Department of Agriculture – Natural Resource Conservation Service (USDA-NRCS).
