Molli Foxley is the Assistant Livestock Manager for the East Foundation Ranches, LLC. Molli’s role include responsibilities in assisting the Director of Ranch Operations and Ranch Manager in addition to overseeing a variety of rangeland and focusing on the care, health, and well-being of several cattle herds. Molli also assists the Educator in teaching students that visit the ranch about wildlife, land stewardship, and cattle.
Molli is a graduate of Louisiana State University receiving a bachelor’s in animal science. While attending LSU, Molli gained experience as a student worker at the LSU AgCenter’s Central Research Station Beef Unit. After graduating in December of 2018, Molli participated in the East Foundation’s spring internship program. After the internship program, Molli was hired as a full-time employee. She is excited to continue working with the East Foundation all while learning and growing in the cattle industry.
Molli is a Nebraska native that enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with her three rescue dogs- Kappa, Swift, and Paige.
