Trey Dyer represents the Foundation’s interests as a lessor in negotiating leases and business agreements for exploration and development of minerals, as well as negotiating surface use agreements and coordinating their enforcement. Trey maintains the Foundation’s land ownership records. He also oversees the Foundation’s Facilities and Fleet Management plans.

Prior to joining the East Foundation, Trey was the Senior Landman at GeoSouthern Energy Corporation. While at GeoSouthern, he oversaw the acquisition and management of the company’s Eagle Ford Shale position in Karnes, Gonzales, DeWitt, and Lavaca counties. When GeoSouthern sold its Eagle Ford assets to Devon Energy Corporation, Trey made the transition and continued working the asset as the Eagle Ford Land Team Lead.

Trey is a graduate of Texas A&M University, as well as a former member of the Corps of Cadets, and served in the Army National Guard. He and his wife Chrissy, have one daughter, Meritt, and one son, Camp. He enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, traveling, and attending Aggie football games.
