Position Summary
East Foundation is seeking an Educator to deliver and support youth education programs (grades 4–12) in classroom and field settings. This role focuses on natural resource stewardship, ranching, wildlife conservation, and outdoor education, including implementation of the Texas Wildlife Association’s L.A.N.D.S. curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and evaluate education programs on East Foundation lands and in regional classrooms
- Implement L.A.N.D.S. curriculum throughout South Texas
- Coordinate education events with staff, partners, and volunteers
- Support program documentation, reporting, and promotion
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education, agriculture, natural resources, or related field
- Experience working with youth and educators
- Knowledge of South Texas natural resources and TEKS
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
