From The Wildlife Professional – Research on the Ranch

We provide hands-on career training on our 217,000 acres of working cattle ranchland in South Texas, offering internships, technician positions, graduate research, and volunteer opportunities that teach ranch management, wildlife research, and conservation skills. Since our founding, the program has trained over 3,000 deer capture participants, 45 university researchers, and 100 interns and technicians, many of whom now lead careers across agencies, universities, and conservation organizations. To read more about these efforts, check out this popular press article featured in The Wildlife Professional.
